Payment & Policies
The fee is payable online by Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover. A 3.7% convenience fee will be added at checkout if paid with a credit card. Payments can also be made by check payable to Premier Meeting Services and mailed to Duke Radiology CME c/o Premier Meeting Services, 4752 Innisfil Street, Palm Harbor, FL 34683. Beginning September 19, 2027, there is a $100 late fee in addition to the registration fee. There is a $150 administrative fee for cancellation. Written notification must be received by October 14, 2027 to receive a refund.
In an effort to be more environmentally conscious, we will distribute course materials electronically. You are encouraged to bring your laptop or electronic device to follow along. Registrants will be provided with a printable version via the mobile app if they wish to print their own.
