IASA is pleased to offer this brand new administrator academy for district leaders.
This training will provide district leaders with an Introduction to Artificial Intelligence (AI), focusing on how AI can be applied to improve district operations, enhance decision-making processes, and prepare students for a tech-driven world.

Key components of the training include:
- Understanding the basics of AI and its application in the K-12 environment;
- Evaluation of AI tools to determine their value in improving operational efficiency; and,
- Gaining confidence in identifying AI opportunities within a district and formulation of initial thoughts on how AI can support a district's goals.
This training does include pre-work, an interactive online session format, and a final action plan to be developed with a focus on practical AI integration in district leadership roles.
