Program at a Glance

This 2 day course will go through the complete Lucitone Digital print denture process and materials, including hands-on instruction for the designing (3 Shape), printing, assembling, curing, and finishing of the Lucitone Digital Printed dentures.

Day 1: Thursday, December 10, 2026
Designing in 3Shape from model scans or digital impressions, including reference, copy, and immediate dentures.
(We will have a limited number of design laptops, you are welcome to bring your own if desired -
Recommend 3Shape 2023 or newer)

Day 2: Friday, December 11, 2026
Lucitone Digital Print materials, printing, and hands-on assembly workflows.

Current validated printers: Carbon M-Series, Asiga, HeyGears, RapidShape, and PrimePrint (Note: training includes Asiga and Carbon workflows only)

Learning Objectives

At the completion of this program, participants will understand:

• Complete step-by-step procedures for the LDP system, including design, printer tips, and post-processing workflow.
• An understanding of all LDP materials and equipment used in the processes.

MAXIMUM OF 2 ATTENDEES PER LAB. Attendees are responsible for their own travel costs.
