Registration requires a credit card. All attendees must register and pay through Cvent. Payment must be made at the time of registration.
The base NCUTCD conference rate at the Doubletree Crystal City is $143.00 single or double occupancy. Upgraded rooms are also available at discounted rates. The deadline for making reservations at the conference rate is December 16, 2026. Note that the room block may sell out well prior to this deadline, so making reservations early is recommended. After the block is sold out, the conference rate will no longer be available, and rooms may not be available at all at the hotel.
