MassLynx eLearning Track

This track contains a series of modules that demonstrate how to use MassLynx software.  It covers the following areas: architecture, data acquisition and various features of data processing and review (in the chromatogram and spectral view) and strip functions.

If you would like to register for individual eLearning courses, please see courses below:

750000709     MassLynx - Architecture
This module will show the basic structure of MassLynx and how to navigate the main page to locate Instrument controls and useful tools.

750000710     MassLynx - Data Acquisition
This module will show you how to create a simple sample list for data acquisition.

750000711     MassLynx - Data Processing and Review – Chromatogram Window
The Chromatogram window is the primary MassLynx tool used to interact with a chromatogram. This module will show you the more common user performed tasks in the Chromatogram window. Topics range from basic display options to chromatogram integration.

750000712     MassLynx - Data Processing and Review – Spectrum
The Spectrum window is the primary MassLynx tool used to interact with mass spectra. This module will show you the more common user performed tasks in the Spectrum window. Additionally, some MassLynx spectrum tools are shown.

750000713     MassLynx - Data Processing – Strip Functions
The MassLynx Strip functions provide a way of removing noise and unwanted information in a .raw data file.

750000812     MassLynx Security
This module describes how MassLynx Security creates a regulated software environment and provides the tools for 21CFR11 compliance.  It explains the creation of security policies which control actions allowed by individual users, and provides recommendations for safeguarding data and audit trails from acquisition through archiving.
