Business & Industry Additional Registration

  • Member and Nonmember additional registrations are available at a fee of $1,499 or through event sponsorship. For sponsorship information, please contact Del Baker Robertson. 

Poster Presenters Registration

  • Registration is complimentary for NHC member Patient Organizations and Partners of Patient Organizations
  • Registration is complimentary for Nonmember Nonprofits and Students, covered by our scholarship fund. Nonmembers who do not fall into these categories will be required to pay the standard registration fee.

Service Fee

  • A 3% service fee will be applied to cover online transaction and credit card processing costs for event registrations.

Cancellation Policy
Please note that some attendees receive complimentary registration as part of their NHC member benefits. For all paid registrations, please review the cancellation terms below:

  • Cancellations received on or before Monday, April 13, 2026, will receive a 50% refund of the registration fee.
  • Cancellations received after Monday, April 13, 2026, are non-refundable.

Refunds will be processed within 30 business days of receiving the cancellation request. Registrations may be transferred to another individual within the same organization at no cost up to May 4, 2026. No refunds will be issued for no-shows.

Cancellations must be requested via email to NHCmeetings@nhcouncil.org. If the NHC cancels the event due to unforeseen circumstances, the organization will communicate the cancellation to all registered attendees in a timely manner alerting them of the event update or plans to reschedule the event.

Substitution Policy
Substitutions are permitted prior to April 27, 2026. The individual submitting the substitution request is responsible for providing updated contact information via email to NHCmeetings@nhcouncil.org. Substitutes must meet the event eligibility criteria and are only permissible if the substituting individual qualifies for the original registrant's category.
