CU Spark Tank is a chance for young credit union professionals 40 and under to stand out and make a real impact! 

This competition launched by the League in 2025 provides a place to showcase innovative ideas that could benefit a credit union or the entire credit union movement. Whether it’s exploring ITIN lending, AI applications, HR policies or community engagement, this competition is an incredible opportunity for individuals to elevate their careers, share their visions and inspire change.

This competition started at the chapter level, with each MCUL-affiliated credit union having the opportunity to nominate one young professional to deliver a seven-minute presentation on a product, service or idea that could benefit their credit union or the broader movement. 

Competitors have been supported along the way with tips, tools and insights to help them deliver their best presentations, and elimination rounds have already taken place leading to these final presentations being shared for the entire Michigan credit union community here on the ACE26 Center Stage!

The competitors are ready! The judges are waiting! The ideas will be flying! Now all that’s needed is an enthusiastic audience to cheer on a winner of MCUL’s second CU Spark Tank.
