Program Schedule and Overview
This live, online program takes place in twelve 90-minute sessions every other week over six months.
This course equips supervisors with the practical skills needed to lead people more effectively and drive stronger team performance. Participants will learn how to lead with clarity by understanding their authority and responsibilities, communicate more effectively with employees and customers, improve accountability and oversight, and make better use of their time and resources. Through a focus on communication, coordination, and leadership fundamentals, supervisors will gain the tools to address common workplace challenges, improve job site efficiency, and create a more productive, high-performing team.
