2026 National Meeting Mobile & Web App

The Cvent Events 2026 National Meeting web and mobile app are now open. The app is the essential hub for National Meeting content.

Use the app to:

• View session descriptions and speaker bios.
• Build your daily schedule.
• View and connect with other attendees.
• View the interactive posters and abstract book (coming soon)
• Stay up to date on announcements.
• Watch session replays on demand. 

You will need to sign in with the name and email you used to register for the National Meeting.

Sign into the mobile app:

1. Download the Cvent Events app from your device’s App Store.
2. Open the app and search for NIIMBL National Meeting.
3. Tap the download icon on the right side.
4. Log in with your first and last name and the email address you used to register for the National Meeting. Look for a verification code by email from Beth Simpson.
5. Enter the verification code.

Access the web app:

1. Click here to access the National Meeting web app.
2. Log in with your first and last name and the email address you used to register for the National Meeting. Look for a verification code by email from Beth Simpson.
3. Enter the verification code.

Note: If you have used the Cvent Events app for last year’s National Meeting or past events, you will need to exit the event. Tap the profile icon, then tap Exit Event and search for the 2026 NIIMBL National Meeting.

We recommend you use the latest version of the Cvent Events App. If you have automatic updates enabled on your device, you do not need to take action. If you do not have automatic updates enabled, you can manually install the update through your device's App Store. Or, you can delete and re-install the app.

Features & Tips

Enable Notifications: Allow push notifications to receive session reminders and alerts. When you first login to the app, it will prompt you to allow notifications.

Create Your Profile: Update your profile and headshot so you can connect with other attendees. Find the profile button in the upper right corner of the web app or the bottom row navigation on the mobile app.

Connect with Attendees: Find and connect with other attendees at the National Meeting. Search the attendee list, tap an attendee, and then tap message.

Build Your Schedule: Set your personal agenda so you don’t miss a session. 

• Web App: Go to All Sessions and click the Add button next to the sessions you want to attend. After you have added sessions, click the calendar icon in the upper right to view your personal schedule.
• Mobile App: Tap the Schedule link to review the schedule for each day. Tap View Sessions to see sessions. Click the + button to add a session to your schedule. After you have added sessions, click the calendar icon on the bottom navigation bar to view your personal schedule.

Access Information for Virtual Attendees

• Virtual attendees will access all sessions in the mobile or web app. To join a session, tap or click the session title. The virtual session broadcast will go live five minutes before the session’s schedule start time. If you do not see the broadcast at the session start time, refresh your screen.
• View Posters and the Abstract Book.
• All posters will be available to the virtual attendees in mobile and web apps. Look for the email with login credentials to the ePosterboards poster gallery website.

Watch Session Replays

• Did you miss a session or want to watch one again? In-person and virtual attendees can watch select session replays in the mobile or web app for a limited time.
• Use the mobile or web app to access closed captioning for all sessions.
