Transferring Registration to Another Party 

Registration may be transferred to another party without penalty and at any time prior to the commencement of the program.  Notice must be provided in writing to UAB.  

Cancellation without Transferring 

Cancellations are eligible for refunds according to the following schedule. All requests must be provided in writing:  

• Within 30 days of the start date of the program: No refund  
• Within 60-31 days of the start date of the program: 50% refund  
• More than 60 days in advance of the start date of the program: 100% refund
