INDIVIDUAL ROOM RESERVATIONS & POLICIES:

  1. Each participant will be responsible for securing his/her own reservations by booking online via a link provided.  
  2. Reservations must be secured with a MasterCard, Amex or Visa credit card, with an expiration date valid through the date of departure.  
  3. Only one credit card will be accepted as payment for each reservation. 
  4. Attendees will be charged full amount at time of booking. Any change after the confirmation has been processed must be communicated to rooming@hrhcpuntacana.com for approval. 
  5. Cancellations must be received at least 60 days prior to arrival in order to receive a refund. Any cancellation received after this date will not be eligible for any refund or credit. Any refund will be issued and returned in the same payment manner that it was received. 
  6. Each attendee is responsible for his/her own room and incidental charges. A credit card imprint will be taken upon arrival; full payment of individual guest accounts will be charged prior to departure. The Hotel accepts Amex, MasterCard and Visa credit cards for payment online; cash is also accepted at check in. Personal checks are not accepted at the Hotel. 
  7. Children’s rates will be paid at check in. They will not be calculated online via the link.
  8. No Shows: There will be a non-refundable charge for no shows. 

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT:

Check-in:

  •  Standard check-in time is 3:00 PM 
  •  Early check-in may be available based on room availability 
  •  You can store luggage with the front desk if you arrive early 

Check-out:

  •  Standard check-out time is 12:00 PM (noon) 
  •  Late check-out may be requested, but it is subject to availability and may incur a fee

DAY PASS OPTIONS

Attendees who are not staying at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Punta Cana and require access to the conference venue must arrange a day pass. The day pass can be paid for at the hotel lobby.

Option 1: Day Pass

USD $161.00 per person, per day

Access: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Includes:

  • Access to conference sessions
  • Access to conference meals, including lunch and coffee breaks
  • Access to hotel restaurants
  • Access to hotel pools

Option 2: Full Day Pass

USD $184.00 per person, per day

Access: 8:00 AM – 11:00 PM

Includes:

  • Access to conference sessions
  • Access to conference meals, including lunch, coffee breaks and evening events (until 11pm) 
  • Access to hotel restaurants
  • Access to hotel pools

Option 3: Event Pass

USD $100.00 per person, per day

Access: 8:00 AM – 11:00 PM

Includes:

  • Access to conference sessions, conference meals and event areas only

Does not include access to:

  • Hotel restaurants
  • Bars
  • Pools
  • Other resort amenities

Important Information

Guests using a hotel day pass must present a valid government-issued photo ID upon arrival. The ID will be held at the Front Desk and returned when the guest checks out and their wristband is removed.
