The OSDE, Office of Special Education Services is excited to invite you to the annual Special Education Conference this summer.
Post-conference sessions will be held on July 30 for New Directors (0-3 years) and SPARK Early Career Special Education Teachers (0-5 years).
Join us for the Annual Special Education Conference that will focus on the Science of Reading and Writing for Students with Disabilities. The participants will choose from breakout sessions designed for special education directors/administrators, special education teachers (elementary, secondary, those who teach alternate standards), and related service providers.
The primary objective of the conference is to advance better outcomes for students with disabilities.

Our Director's Dinner and Awards Program is scheduled for the evening of Tuesday, July 28th. This event promises to be a wonderful experience, presenting an excellent opportunity for participants to build relationships while relaxing in a fun and engaging setting. This is only for directors.

2026 Oklahoma SDE Paraprofessional Conference

Registration Deadline
Registration for participants is open until June 26, 2026, or until event registration reaches capacity. Substitutions and cancellations may be made up until July 3, 2026. No-Shows or cancellations received after July 3, 2026 will not be refunded. For more details, please see our fees page.
Paraeducators are not permitted to attend the entire conference, but they are welcome to register for the Paraprofessional Conference, happening Thursday, July 30. Please refer to the information below.
