ChromaLynx eLearning Track

This track contains a series of modules that demonstrate how to setup and use the ChromaLynx application manager.  It covers the following areas: overview, method setup, data processing/review for both non-targeted and targeted analysis and libraries.

If you would like to register for individual eLearning courses, please see courses below:

750000702 - ChromaLynx – Non-Targeted Analysis
ChromaLynx XS facilitates the identification of compounds in complex mixtures by utilizing automated chromatographic peak detection, mass spectral deconvolution, library searching, accurate mass measurements, and rigorous sample comparison algorithms.  Module 1 focuses on nontargeted analysis and the Compare functionality.  Processing methods are developed along with navigational guidance through the ChromaLynx XS browser for maximum visualization of the processed data.

750000703 - ChromaLynx – Targeted Screening
This module focuses on targeted analysis including fragment ion confirmation.  Processing methods are developed along with navigational guidance through the ChromaLynx XS browser.

750000704 - ChromaLynx Libraries
This module demonstrates how to create a MassLynx library and convert it to a NIST library for use with ChromaLynx.
