We’re excited to share that our annual gathering of state SNAP advocates for 2026 will be held on from Tuesday, Nov. 10th - Thursday, November 12th in Albuquerque, New Mexico at the Indian Pueblo Center.
- Pre-sessions and the Welcome Reception will be held on Tuesday, November 10th.
This is not your typical “conference”: we like to think of it as a “working meeting” -- an opportunity to bring state advocates together to collaborate and deepen our expertise IRL.
Goals for this year's gathering:
- Engage on administrative advocacy in states where advocates have an opportunity to mitigate the harm via collaboration with their agency.
- Support documentation and accountability work through community engagement, media trainings, digital advocacy, data collection and more!
- And finally, prepare for upcoming critical state legislative sessions!
There is no registration fee for state advocates.
The number of folks we can host is extremely limited, so please register by Friday, August 21, 2026.
