Supporting HIV prevention and care involves coordination across clinical, community, public health, and support systems. Building on prior Blueprints City Summits efforts, this workshop focuses on translating high-level strategies into practical, system-level approaches that may support coordination across workflows, referral pathways, and local partnerships. Organizations are encouraged to send a cross-functional team of three attendees representing patient engagement staff, clinical care coordinators, and program managers.
