UDS Training Series

CHCANYS is excited to announce our 2026 UDS Training! The training will consist of an in-person session as well as two (2) additional coaching sessions which will be held virtually. During the in-person training, Sarah Cruthirds, a UDS subject matter expert under contract with JSI, will share her expertise and knowledge regarding each of the report’s tables and provide an implementation-based explanation of how to successfully complete the UDS Report and how to avoid and resolve potential reporting issues.

Session 2 - Navigating UDS Reporting: Clarifying Common Challenges

This training is aimed toward all fiscal staff, including new fiscal directors; clinical staff responsible for clinical measure reporting (e.g. QI Directors, Clinical Site Directors and Medical Directors); and senior staff of new FQHCs.

This year’s training will include an early bird registration window, as well as a group rate discount of $20 off each staff member registered after the first registrant (all staff should be registered at the same time using the Add Group Member button during registration to ensure the group discount). This training will be limited to NYS CHCs. Substitutions to registers are allowed up to 48 hours prior to the event.
