ABA has launched a new member portal for ABA members to access research, company roster, etc. Click on the "Member Portal" button below to access the new portal. This Resaerch and INsights Libaray will be sunsetting May 1. 

Welcome to the ABA Research and Insights Library portal ABA will list all available webinar recordings and research deliverables as they become available.

To view the available materials, please click on the "Library" tab above. To access the webinar or report, simply click on the "Access Materials" button to get started.

How to Access Content

I Have Never Accessed the Portal Before

  1. Click on the "Access Materials" button
  2. Enter in your work contact details
  3. Select your member type: ABA Member or Non-Member
  4. Review the list of webinar recordings and research reports and add the items you wish to receive by clicking on the "select" button next to each item
  5. Review your order summary, click next
  6. If required, enter in payment details or submit your order.
  7. A confirmation email of your order will be sent to your email address.
  8. Emails with the access details for the items you ordered will also be sent.

I Have Accessed the Portal Before

  1. Click on the "Already Purchased a Webinar or Report" under the access materials button above.
  2. Enter your email address and your portal confirmation number.
    1. You can search your inbox for your confirmation email from your previous portal order OR
    2. Click on the "Forgot your confirmation number?" link and it will be emailed to you
  3. Scroll down and click on the "Modify or Add to Order"
  4. Confirm your contact details
  5. Confirm your member type: ABA Member or Non-Member
  6. Review the list of webinar recordings and research reports and add the items you wish to receive by clicking on the "select" button next to each item
  7. Review your order summary, click next
  8. If required, enter in payment details or submit your order.
  9. A modification confirmation email of your order will be sent to your email address.
  10. Emails with the access details for the items you ordered will also be sent.

I Am Not Sure If I Have Accessed the Portal Before

The system will know if someone has accessed the portal before. Try the instructions for "I have never accessed the portal before" instructions.

Enter in your contact details and click next, the system will check your details and if you have accessed it before, it will prompt you to enter in your email address and portal confirmation number. You can search your inbox for your confirmation email from your previous portal order OR Click on the "Forgot your confirmation number?" link and it will be emailed to you.

Once you have successfully accessed the platform, follow steps 3-10 of the "I have accessed the portal before" instructions.
