We’re excited to invite you to be part of the VISIT FLORIDA Pavilion at IPW 2027, taking place in New Orleans, Louisiana. VISIT FLORIDA is curating a vibrant pavilion on the trade show floor, offering Partners the opportunity to showcase their destination offerings to a global audience of travel buyers and media. As the U.S. Travel Association’s premier international inbound trade show, IPW brings together thousands of qualified buyers, suppliers, and media representatives for high-impact, face-to-face meetings that drive travel to the United States. By joining VISIT FLORIDA, you’ll benefit from a fully-branded Florida experience. Booth design, carpet, Wi-Fi, cleaning, portage, and creative support are all included. Most importantly, you’ll have the opportunity to strengthen relationships with key buyers from the U.S. and international markets, while representing your brand as part of a unified and powerful Florida presence. Partner booth pricing is $8,000 per 10’x10’ space up to four spaces. Additional booth space will be $12,000 per 10’x10’ space. Please note that all Partners must also register and buy their space separately with the U.S. Travel Association at ipw.com. Partners will receive official event information, badges and appointment schedules from IPW. The registration deadline is November 20, 2026.
