Exhibitor and Sponsorship Opportunities — Choose a Sponsorship Level
If you would like to help sponsor the event without exhibiting or attending, you will be acknowledged as a sponsor of the event. We welcome any level of support.
Exhibitors/Sponsorship Terms & Conditions
The following terms and conditions shall apply to all sponsors/exhibitors as part of the MCCC Trade Show:
Exhibit Tables
An 6-foot table and two chairs are included. Breaks will be provided to facilitate interaction between attendees and exhibitors.
Exhibitor Responsibility
Exhibitors will be responsible for operating, setting up/installing and tearing down their displays.
Details
Exhibit space is allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Completed sponsor/exhibitor registration and full payment must be submitted to MU Extension by February 26, 2027. Online registration is accessible, and payment can be made using a credit card or purchase order for invoicing.
Full payment is due by February 26, 2027.
