ABOUT THE CONFERENCE

Conference hosted by the Division of Neonatology at Children’s National Hospital. 

This event is designed to meet the educational needs of healthcare professionals caring for patients with respiratory and/or cardiovascular failure across neonatal, pediatric, and adult populations. 

Through a combination of didactic instruction, panel discussions, and research presentations, experts will share the latest therapies with mechanical circulatory support, anticoagulation strategies, ethical considerations, and explore disease pathophysiology, and examine outcomes, limitations, and complications associated with evolving ECLS practices."
