Participants explore both the benefits and limitations of rubrics, learning how to develop, implement, and use them effectively while avoiding common pitfalls. This session emphasizes that rubrics are tools to support equitable decision-making and thoughtful deliberation.

Faculty who are on a search committee, or those with interest, are encouraged to register to attend one of the three sessions.
