The CFO Who Executes

Strategy is no longer the differentiator. Execution is.

The CFO Alliance Experience at IMA26 is designed for CFOs and senior finance leaders who are responsible not just for insight—but for outcomes. Across eight tightly connected sessions, participants will move from identifying actionable signals to sustaining execution at enterprise scale.

This experience is grounded in real CFO practice, informed by Project Greenlight and CFO Alliance’s 2026 research, and built for leaders who must convert data into decisions and decisions into results.

What This Experience Delivers

  • Execution-First Content: Every session is designed to force a decision, a commitment, or a next action.
  • Peer-Driven Insight: Learn from CFOs who are actively leading execution across people, platforms, and risk.
  • Practical Frameworks: Take-home tested approaches for prioritization, governance, integration, and value realization.
