✦ Where is the Conference taking place
The Conference will take place in Tampa, FL at both the Tampa Marriott Water Street and JW Marriott Tampa Water Street.
✦ Where can I find hotel and travel information?
Attendees are responsible for making their hotel and travel plans. Please click here for all pertinent hotel and travel information.
✦ What are the Conference registration rates?

✦ Do attendees have to register for sessions in advance?
It’s important that you register for your preferred sessions prior to the Conference. Attendees will only be permitted access to the track sessions they pre-select. Beginning in March, attendees will be able to download the app to select sessions in advance.
✦ What is the recommended attire?
Business casual is the recommended attire. Be sure to pack comfortable shoes. Meeting rooms can be cold, so please be sure to pack a sweater. The average temperature in Tampa, FL can range from 80°F to 93°F in June.
✦ I’m an international attendee, how can I receive an invitation letter for VISA purposes?
If you are an international attendee, please register first. After you complete your registration, please contact LeighAnn Tobia at ltobia@imanet.org for an invitation letter that can be used for visa purposes. IMA will provide a full refund if your visa application isn’t accepted. A rejection notice must be provided to IMA in order to process the refund.
✦ What is the cancellation policy?
Requests for cancellations must be submitted in writing and received by IMA prior to May 1, 2026, to receive a full refund (less a 10% processing fee). Refunds are not given for no-shows. Cancellation requests may be emailed to ima@imanet.org. Refunds will be issued within 30 days after the event.
IMA is only responsible for processing your Conference registration. If your plans change for any reason, please remember to cancel your hotel accommodations directly through the hotel.
