Payment for this training course will not be processed until 7 days prior to the scheduled start date. 

In the event the attendee needs to cancel, please plan accordingly. Only the original purchase cardholder may initiate a cancellation. 

Course fees are non-refundable unless the course cannot proceed due to extreme circumstances at the training facility such as severe weather, power outages, etc.  However, the cost is transferable to another course or individual within 6 months of the original purchase date, subject to availability. If the attendee no shows for the course, the purchase cardholder will be notified via email and phone. The purchase card holder will be granted an opportunity to reschedule within 6-months of the original purchase.

CACI reserves the right to cancel 2 weeks prior to the scheduled start date due to lack of participation. The attendee and purchase cardholder will be notified via email.

CACI is not responsible for the performance of the Defense Travel System (DTS) or the Enterprise Web Training System (EWTS). In the rare case either system is non-functional, the full course curriculum will be delivered using offline instructional materials. 

CACI assumes no responsibility for credit card information and other Personal Identifiable Information provided to this website.
