Virtual FFT Replacement Training 

FFT Replacement Training is for certified sites that have an FFT Practitioner who:

·  Is a replacement for a practitioner who has left the team

·  Is a new hire (addition) to the team

·  Was previously trained but has not seen cases for over 4 months

·  Needs a refresher in the FFT model. 

The Replacement Training Series consists of the following:

·  2-Day Initial Training

·  2-Day Follow-Up Training

·  2-Hour Generalization Training 

An FFT practitioner must attend ALL segments of the series.  Practitioners should begin seeing cases immediately following the 2-Day Initial Training.  Missing any segment will require restarting the entire training series.

Training Reservations and Cancellation Policy

·  Replacement Training registration is detailed in the Online Registration Process below.

·  There are a limited number of slots per training.  If the registration button is greyed out when you click on a series, the series is full.  Please move to the next series to register. 

·  There is a 14-day cancellation policy.  Cancelling a registration less than 2 weeks prior to the Initial Training will result in a 50% training fee charge. 

·  Billing for Replacement Training will occur after the Initial Training

·  There are no refunds for training segments not attended.

Please be sure your agency's email system  DOES NOT automatically opt people out of receiving Cvent emails or no one will get the information on the training logistics and materials.  Also be sure your attendee does not directly opt out of Cvent emails of they will not get the information either.
