Sponsorship Prospectus

• All sponsor- and exhibitor-affiliated participants and attendees must be registered for the conference. No exceptions.
•  Conference badges must be worn at all times and are required for access. Badges may not be transferred, shared, exchanged, reproduced, or reprinted.
•  Exhibitors may not assign, share, or sublet their booth space.
•  All exhibit booths must be fully staffed during designated exhibit hours.
•  Exhibitors are responsible for the security and safekeeping of all items within their booth.
