Hotel Information

The 2026 Small Business Finance Forum will take place at the Austin Marriott Downtown located at 304 E Cesar Chavez St, Austin, TX 78701.

Steps away from iconic attractions and the historical landmarks the city is famous for, our venue is centrally located to help you make the most of your time in Austin.

The rooming block will close on May 19 at 5PM CT, so please reserve your room prior to this deadline.

Avoid hotel booking scams: Be on the lookout for hotel booking scams. There are companies that call or email potential forum attendees and sponsors claiming to work with OFN. These scams can lead to overcharging or outright theft. 

Only book your room through OFN’s official booking link shared above. Do not interact with or respond to hotel room reservation solicitations, especially those that claim to be from forum hotel partners. 

Note: Reserving a room within the OFN room block does not mean you have registered for the Forum, as they are separate processes. You can register for the Forum by clicking the "Register Now" button in the top right corner of the page. Forum registration fees can be found on the "Fees" page.

Refund Policy 

You can cancel your registration on or before Friday, May 29, 2026, at 11:59 pm CT. Canceling on or before this date will enable you to receive a refund on any registration fees paid, less a $75 administration fee.

  • If you cancel between Saturday, May 30 and Wednesday, June 10, you are eligible to receive 50% of fees paid as a credit towards any of OFN’s trainings or events in 2026.
  • If you cancel your registration after June 10, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund.

Please note that this policy only applies to Forum registration. Fees for optional add-on items such as trainings and the CDFI in Action Tour are non-refundable.

All registration cancellations and refund processing must be done by clicking the “modify or change your registration” link located in your registration confirmation email.

  • When you click on the link, you will be prompted to enter your unique confirmation number.
  • Once you are logged in, please scroll down and click on “cancel registration”, then “submit” the refund.
  • Please note that refunds will be issued using the original payment method and generally take 2-7 days to process.
  • If you have questions or need assistance regarding your refund, please contact events@ofn.org.

Transfer Policy

Registration for the Forum and optional activities (trainings and CDFI in Action Tour) is transferable within your organization.

Substitutions must be submitted in writing on or before Friday, May 29, 2026 at 11:59 pm CT and will incur a $75 administrative fee. The individual submitting the substitution request is responsible for all financial obligations (any balance due) associated with that substitution.

Badge sharing, splitting, and reprints are strictly prohibited. Please submit all requests to events@ofn.org.

Dress Code

Dress is business casual for all forum events.

Registration

The Forum registration desk will be located on the second floor of the hotel, near Moontower Hall. Visit the registration desk to check into the event, for basic information, lost and found, and more!

  • Thursday, June 11 | 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Friday, June 12 | 7:30 AM – 12:00 PM

Attendee Hub Forum App

OFN will be using the Cvent Attendee Hub App for the event, which will include up-to-date details on the event’s schedule and location of breakout sessions, meals, plenaries, networking opportunities, and more. An email with a link will be sent to each attendee to the email address provided at registration.
