What are the conference dates?

The conference will kickoff at 2:00pm on Wednesday, April 2nd.

Plan to arrive in Las Vegas no later than 12:00pm on April 2nd, giving you ample time to check in and make your way to our opening session in the Michelob Ultra Arena.

The conference will conclude at 11:00pm on April 3rd following a special concert event, with departures the next morning on April 4th.

What does the registration fee cover?

  • (1) Attendee all-access pass to the Rheem Pro Partner International Conference, Expo & Entertainment
  • Breakfast, lunch and dinner during the conference.

The registration fee does not cover your hotel arrangements. You are responsible for booking and paying for your own hotel reservation.

Regular / Jan 1, 2025 and after:  $895.00

How do I register?

First review all event information here and in the links above. 

Click the red Register Now button on any page to begin your registration. It should only take a few minutes to complete. 

You can register up to 100 people at a time. 

 

NOTE ABOUT GUESTS:

If someone is sharing a hotel room with you and attending any or all conference functions, they must be registered here as an attendee as well.

Click the Register Another Person button after you completed your own registration. The same registration fees will apply.

If your guest does not plan on attending any conference functions (including meals), they do not need to register.

How does payment work?

Any promo codes can be applied to your total on the last page of registration.

Any balance must be paid via credit card on the last page of registration.

How do I book my hotel reservation?

You will receive a link to book your hotel reservation at Mandalay Bay in your registration confirmation email. Book as soon as possible to take advantage of our discounted rates.

We recommend speaking with your team or Distributor first if you're unsure how to book your reservation.

The registration fee does not cover your hotel arrangements. You are responsible for managing your own hotel reservation.

And remember, unless you are expecting a call from our team, NEVER book or discuss your reservation over the phone. Phishing attempts are common before large conferences.

What are the hotel's check-in and check-out times?

  • Check-in time is 3:00pm; check-out is 11:00am
  • Luggage storage is available as needed

What is the sales tax on guest rooms and resort fee?

  • Guest rooms are subject to a 13.38% occupancy tax
  • Resort fee is subject to a 13.38% sales tax

What does the $39.00 per night Resort Fee cover?

  • Unlimited domestic local and toll-free calls
  • Property-wide high speed wireless internet access (public areas, in-room & meeting space)
  • Fitness Center access for guests 18+
  • Airline boarding pass printing
  • Notary service
  • You will be resposible for covering all hotel costs at check in, inlcuding this resort fee

Is parking available?

  • Self-parking is $15 per day for guests staying at the resort
  • Valet parking is $18 per day for guests staying at the resort
  • Parking fees are subject to change, and parking is subject to availability

Local Transportation 

  • If you plan to spend most of your time in the hotel and Las Vegas strip, taking a taxi or shuttle to the hotel might be the best way to go

ATTIRE

What is the weather like this time of year?

  • The average temperature in the Las Vegas area this time of year is 70 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Average high of 74

For Meetings & Expo:

  • Business casual is acceptable
  • Be prepared as the meeting space could be very cool

For Awards Dinner:

  • Many attendees choose to dress up for the Awards Dinner. We suggest cocktail attire.
  • You will have time after dinner to change clothes before the concert.
  • Be prepared as the space for dinner could be very cool

Visiting the Strip?

  • Definitely casual and comfortable shoes are a must
  • The days could be warm; however, be prepared as the evenings cool down quickly
