Whether you hold a designation, are working toward one, or simply want to celebrate and connect with your industry peers, this is an opportunity to come together, be inspired, and celebrate the people who make our industry extraordinary.

Come celebrate a decade of achievement and the continued strength of our MPI community!

KEYNOTE WITH JOYEL CRAWFORD

How to RISE and Shine Above It All: Overcoming Work Burnout with Resilience

Meeting and event professionals are masters at creating unforgettable experiences for others, but how often do they prioritize themselves?

As we celebrate the achievements of New Jersey's CMPs and CMMs, award-winning speaker Joyel Crawford delivers an engaging and empowering keynote designed for professionals who thrive under pressure, navigate constant change, and make the impossible look effortless.

Through personal storytelling, humor, and practical strategies, Joyel explores how to overcome burnout, build resilience, and reclaim your power without sacrificing your well-being. Attendees will walk away inspired and equipped with actionable tools to RISE above challenges, lead with confidence, and continue creating extraordinary experiences while making themselves a priority, too.

FIRESIDE CHAT WITH TOM TOLVE

What happens when an experienced industry professional chooses to become a student again? Tom Tolvé, MS, CMP, HMCC shares how his journey through San Diego State University's Master's in Event Leadership program expanded his strategic mindset, increased his confidence as a leader, and reinforced the belief that continuous learning is one of the most powerful investments you can make in yourself and your career.

As we celebrate together, we’re also giving back to our community. We invite you to bring a new, unwrapped toy to our event to support Toys for Tots and help bring a little extra joy to a child this holiday season.

Prefer to donate rather than shop? You can make a monetary donation during registration, and the MPI New Jersey Chapter will use all donations received to purchase gifts on behalf of our attendees.

Every contribution makes a difference, and we hope you’ll join us in giving back with purpose.
