Express FAMs

Bi-Monthly Express FAMs are offered in both Foundations and Advanced courses at Universal Orlando Resort.

Foundations is perfect for Travel Advisors who are just getting started selling Universal and are not well versed in our parks and products. Advanced is for Travel Advisors who have already passed the Foundations course and are veterans at selling Universal. Click the links below for full descriptions of each course.

Take one or both courses the same week or in different months, but please be advised, Travel Advisors are permitted up to two (2) Universal Orlando Express FAMs per calendar year: one Foundations & one Advanced course. Any additional registrations beyond the first two will be cancelled.

Our Express FAMs consists of a 3-hour classroom training, lunch, hotel tours of select Universal Hotels (Foundations only), a theme park ticket and chances to win fun prizes!
