Facilitation with Intention: Enhancing Professional Dialogue

Monday, 8 June: 9:00 to 15:00

Tuesday, 9 June: 9:00 to 12:00

Workshop Description
This interactive on-site workshop is designed for educators who facilitate professional learning and collaborative dialogue and who want to strengthen their ability to lead with clarity, purpose, and inclusivity. Moving beyond agenda-setting, the workshop focuses on how intentional facilitation can elevate voices, deepen engagement, and support meaningful outcomes. Participants will explore useful frameworks, practise practical strategies, and reflect on school-based scenarios to strengthen their facilitation approach. Through peer learning, structured dialogue, and guided reflection, educators will develop the confidence and tools to lead conversations that are focused, inclusive, and purposeful. By the end of the workshop, they will leave with a practical facilitation toolkit and a renewed mindset grounded in empathy, intentionality, and collaborative leadership.
