Attendance Policy - Participant must attend 5 of the 6 sessions. A link to the recorded class will be provided to those who miss a session. Students should communicate a scheduled or unscheduled absence as early as possible to Course Manager.
Substitution, Transfer and Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend a course for which you have registered, you may substitute another person in your place, or transfer your registration to another date and location without penalty. Visit our BOC Program Website to view a schedule of other dates and locations. No refunds will be provided for registrations canceled within 3 business days of the first course date. A $150 service charge will be assessed for registrations canceled less than 15 days prior to the first course date. Students who receive handbooks are responsible for the cost of the handbooks ($200) or for returning them undamaged regardless of transfer or cancellation. This fee is included in the tuition but will be billed separately if a student withdraws from the course and has received handbooks.
