TATS Cancellation Policy: The Tennessee Athletic Trainers' Society (TATS) reserves the right to cancel any course/event/symposium and will not be responsible for any charges incurred by the participant. If TATS cancels the symposium for due cause:
➢ Full refund of registration fee amount(s) paid will be refunded.
➢ Refunds shall be issued within 5 business days of cancellation date.
Attendee Refund Policy: Individuals registering for an event hosted by TATS will be expected to make a full payment for their participation in the symposium lectures and associated activities. After registration, attendees may have a need to make changes to their registration and may do so upon written request. As a policy, TATS allows for a partial refund in the amount of 90% if requested within 7 days of the event (May 24, 2024). For questions, please email Therese Sparn.
