Location: Crowne Plaza Toronto

900 York Mills Road
North York, M3B 3H2

Summary

Are you ready to empower yourself and your members?

Under the theme “Stronger Together: Building Intersectional Power,” the conference will explore how EARAOOs can strengthen member engagement, build collective capacity, and advance equity, anti-racism, and anti-oppression within their locals, workplaces, and communities. The conference will begin with a keynote address by Larry Rousseau, whose leadership and advocacy have helped advance equity, human rights, and social justice within the labour movement. In addition to the keynote address, the conference will feature a panel and workshops that will equip participants with the tools, knowledge, and skills needed to lead meaningful equity initiatives and respond effectively to the issues facing members today.

Throughout the conference, participants will have opportunities to deepen their understanding of intersectionality, share promising practices, and build networks of support that strengthen the collective work of EARAOOs across the Federation.

Don’t miss out on this opportunity to connect with experts and peers from across the province and unite for action.
