When registering, you will need to indicate whether you fall into the category of Provider or Non-Provider. HFMA’s definition of provider includes any entity that provides or pays for medical care, or provides services directly related to these entities. Accounting, legal and consulting firms are not included in this definition of provider. Please select the registration type that best describes your role. Registrations are audited for accuracy.
Cancellation policy:
Cancellation received prior prior to September 1st will receive a full refund, less $25 admin fee.
Cancellations received on or after September 1st will face a $100 cancellation penalty fee.
