New England Problem Gambling Prevention, Treatment, Recovery Panel
September 9, 2026 at 11:00 AM-12:30 PM
Join us to hear from panelists from each of the six New England states on what is happening in the world of responsible gaming and problem gambling prevention, treatment, and recovery.
Panelists will explore regulated gambling and major players in each state, talk about what is on the horizon, and consider policies and regulations that could improve outcomes in the region. There will also be a chance to ask panelists questions about the quickly developing world of sports betting, online gambling, and how gambling affects youth. It will be a jam-packed session!
This training is FREE and provided in partnership with the New England Addiction Technology Transfer Center (ATTC).
About the training: This training was developed to address a need identified in HHS Region 1 (ME, NH, VT, MA, CT, RI) to provide substance misuse prevention professionals with tools for substance misuse prevention.
