Registration
Q: What is your attendee cancellation policy?
A: You can cancel your registration up to two (2) weeks before the event starts, less a $50 service fee. After two weeks, no cancellations are accepted. Substitutes are welcome.
Q: What is your service provider cancellation policy?
A: You can cancel your registration before March 20, less a $300 service fee. Cancelations between March 21 - April 20, will receive a 50% refund. After April 20, no cancellations are accepted. Substitutes are welcome.
Q: I need to register a substitute; how do I do that?
A: Find your confirmation email that contains the link to edit your order. From there, you can register a substitute—there is no additional fee. You can also reach out to the Education team at Education@crossstate.org
Q: What meals are included in member registration?
A: Breakfast is provided on Wednesday and Thursday of the event. All trade show hours will feature refreshments and light hors d’oeuvres, including the Trade Show Welcome Reception. Drinks and light faire are also provided during Awards Night.
Q: How can I modify my agenda after registering?
A: Click the link at the top of your confirmation email that says “to modify your registration, click here.”
The registration program will ask you to enter your confirmation number, then it will take you to the order summary page. At the bottom, click “modify registration.”
Make sure the registrant info is correct, hit “next,” select your changes, then continue clicking “next” until you reach the payment screen.
Guests
Q: Are guests allowed to attend?
A: Certainly! Guest are defined as significant others or partners and are welcome to attend the event. The registration fee is $299. Guests receive access to everything at Convention (except for additional-charge activities).
Q: What can my guest attend during Connect?
A: Guests can attend the trade show, purchase tickets at the Foundation raffle, and attend any session and keynote. Guests are welcome to attend breakfast as well.
Media
Q: Is media permitted to cover Connect?
A: To ensure a smooth experience and maintain the integrity of our event, all members of media must complete our media credential request form and receive approval prior to attending. Please submit your request no later than May 15, 2026.
Other
Q: Am I required to attend all sessions and keynotes?
A: You are not required to attend any of the sessions or keynote presentations, it is your decision.
Q: Is Wi-Fi available during the event?
A: Yes, Wi-Fi will be available during Convention. The network name and password will be located at the registration desk and signs around the Conference.
Q: Can I get recordings of the keynote or education session presentations?
A: Recordings of keynotes or education sessions are not available. With a speaker’s permission, CrossState will share all available presentation materials in a post-event email.
Q: I purchased an advertisement in the Convention Guide. What guidelines should I follow, when is it due, and where can I send my final artwork?
A: Final artwork should be sent to communications@crossstate.org no later than April 3. Files should either be .pdf or .jpg.
