Member Refund Policy: Refunds, minus a $50 processing fee, are issued until two weeks before the start of the event. After this time, refunds will not be issued. Substitutions are encouraged if you cannot attend.
Exhibitor/Sponsor Refund Policy: Refunds, minus a $300 processing fee, are issued until March 20. Refunds between March 21 - April 20 incur a 50% processing fee. No refunds are issued after April 20.
