In person tickets include 2 day in person lectures, tea/coffee, breakfast pastries, lunch break, recordings (dependent on quality) option for social dinner on Saturday (at extra cost)

Virtual tickets include remote link and access, recordings (dependent on quality)

Early bird tickets (deadline 31 August 2026):

  • BSVP member trainee: £80
  • Non-member: £300
  • Non-member trainee: £105

After early bird deadline (1 September 2026 onwards):

  • BSVP member: £275

  • Non-member: £325
  • Non-member trainee: £130

For the purpose of our conference ticket a Trainee includes:

  • Individuals in postgraduate training for veterinary board exams of any specialism;
  • Undergraduate or postgraduate veterinary science students (BVSc, DVM, or equivalent); or
  • Holders of a veterinary qualification (BVSc, DVM, or equivalent) currently undertaking a Masters or PhD

An email from your supervisor/Head of Department confirming status is required with your ticket application. Please send these to bsvpsecretariat@gmail.com within one week of your ticket purchase, otherwise you will be invoiced for the full non-member amount.

All non-member tickets include BSVP membership fees for 1 year.
