Conference Safety

We look forward to welcoming you to Minneapolis and are working closely with local partners and city officials to ensure a safe and positive conference experience. We have developed a safety plan that includes ongoing coordination with our team, the conference venue, Minneapolis Police and local, public safety teams. Additionally, we have 24/7 venue security operations and on-site security dedicated to the Health Facilities Innovation Conference. All educational sessions and most events will take place at the convention center.

Official Conference Hotels

A special block of hotel rooms has been secured for attendees and exhibitors within walking distance to the convention center. This process benefits attendees by keeping the block from filling up too quickly and provides attendees with multiple room options.

  • You must be a registered attendee to reserve a room.
  • Hotel reservation link(s) can be found in your registration confirmation e-mail.
  • The Hotel Block will be open until July 15, 2026.

CUTOFF DATE 

  • The contracted hotels offer discounted group rates for registrants attending the conference. The discounted group rates apply until July 15, 2026, or until all rooms in the group block have been reserved, whichever occurs first. We encourage you to confirm your reservations early.
