Conference Registration Fees
DevelopingEM is committed to making our meeting accessible to healthcare professionals from across the globe.
The core aim of DevelopingEM is to utilise registration income from high income country delegates to support the attendance of local and regional delegates.
For this conference we will be focussing our direct support on delegates from island Caribbean nations.
Supported Caribbean delegates
We will be supporting the attendance of:
- 50 Saint Lucian delegates (zero registration charge)
- 10 Caribbean delegates from low income settings (zero registration charge and travel / accommodation support)
- 10 Caribbean delegates from middle income settings (zero registration charge)
Delegates from these settings are being collated through Saint Lucian and regional development organisations and do not need to proceed through the website registration portal. If you are from Saint Lucia and the Caribbean and interested in attending the conference please email us for more information.
Delegates from other regions
Delegates from other settings will have a stratified registration charge based on their country of origin. This stratification includes consideration of base income levels and the availability of institutional study leave funding which varies from country to country.
For delegates from high income countries (Australasia, Canada, the USA and Europe) you can proceed through the website registration system and based on your country of origin your registration charge will be identified.
For delegates from other countries of origin (especially Central and South America) we have an individualised stratified registration charge based on income levels in those settings. If you are from these origins and interested in attending the conference please email us for more information.
Delegates from high-income countries
For delegates from high income countries (Australasia, Canada, the USA and Europe) you can proceed through the website registration system and based on your country of origin your registration charge will be identified.
