Accommodation on the island is limited, and November is a popular time to travel, so we recommend booking early to secure your preferred stay.
All-inclusive hotels are a common Caribbean norm. This norm results in higher base accommodation rates than in other regions. The advantage of an all-inclusive dynamic is that all food and drink costs after entering a hotel are included. Please consider this when looking at accommodation options and room rates.
Delegates may choose to stay at the conference venue (an all-inclusive resort) or with our accommodation partners in nearby Rodney Bay. All options offer comfort, convenience, and access to the local area.
Alternatively, you may like to explore a unique stay at a hotel, golf resort, villa, or Airbnb.
