Introduction:

Quantum materials (QMs) are fundamental to the functionalities of our society. Their novel properties are enriched by the complex interplay among strong correlation, topology, and long-range entanglement. In strongly correlated quantum systems, novel fractionalized degrees of freedom emerge, representing a new organizing principle for quantum states. While tremendous progress has been made in understanding fractionalized QMs over the past several decades, significant challenges remain. This workshop focuses on three of the most critical topics in the field:

  1. Fractional Quantum Hall State
  2. Fractional Quantum Anomalous Hall State
  3. Quantum Spin Liquids

This workshop aims to bring together experts to discuss recent progress, confront outstanding challenges in understanding fractionalized QMs, exchange new ideas, and establish new collaborations.
