Registration Fees

The registration fee is per person and includes:

  • Full access to all programming Tuesday, May 19 – Thursday, May 21
  • Reception and Poster Session on Tuesday, May 19, with food and USEA awards
  • Breakfast and lunch on Wednesday, May 20 and Thursday, May 21

We recommend registering as early as possible to take advantage of the best pricing.

  • Early Bird: November 20 through April 8
  • Regular Rate: April 9 through May 19

Cancellation Policy

Refund Policy

Registrants for the conference are eligible for a full refund, less a $50 administrative fee, until Sunday, April 12, 2026. Beginning Monday, April 13, 2026, no refunds will be provided unless UTeach deems it necessary to cancel our conference. In the event of a cancellation, full refunds will be issued. 

Please remember that canceling your registration does not cancel your hotel and travel arrangements. Individuals are responsible for canceling their own hotel and travel reservations. 

Substitution Policy

If you are unable to attend the conference, you may request a substitution in place of your registration. Simply email conference@uteach.utexas.edu with the name of the original registrant and their confirmation number, along with the name and email address of the new registrant.

No-Show Policy

No refunds will be issued for non-attendance.
