By Registering for Solea Summit 2026, I hereby consent to the use of my name, my picture, my likeness and/or any biographical information voluntarily provided by me to Convergent Dental for display during Solea Summit 2026 and in marketing and public relations materials featuring Convergent Dental and/or the Solea^® All-Tissue Laser, like Solea Summit. This consent shall survive my relationship with Convergent Dental and shall not be removed by reason of the termination of any contractual arrangement. I release Convergent Dental from any obligation to provide me with any compensation relating to the use of my likeness, picture, name or other information for these purposes and I release Convergent Dental from any claims or liability relating to the use thereof. 

You hereby agree to indemnify, defend, and hold Convergent Dental and any of their Representatives harmless from and against any and all losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including settlement costs and any legal or other fees and expenses for investigating or defending any actions or threatened actions) incurred by the Convergent Dental Indemnities in connection with any claim arising out of any breach by you of these Terms, your participation in the event, or any services, products, or data obtained in connection with the event. You shall cooperate with Convergent Dental in the defense of any claim subject to indemnification hereunder. Convergent Dental reserves the right, at its own expense, to employ separate counsel and assume the exclusive defense and control of any such claim. You may not settle any claim subject to indemnification hereunder without the proper written consent of Convergent Dental.
