ABOUT THE PSC PARTNERS ACCESS SCHOLARSHIP FUND

The PSC Partners Access Scholarship Fund is proud to once again offer conference scholarships for the 2026 PSC Partners Annual Conference.

These scholarships are designed to help ensure that financial circumstances do not prevent PSC patients and parents or guardians of pediatric PSC patients from experiencing this meaningful weekend of education, connection, and community. We kindly ask that scholarship applications be reserved for those experiencing genuine financial hardship.

Scholarships are available to PSC patients and parents or guardians of pediatric PSC patients who demonstrate a need for financial assistance to attend the 2026 PSC Partners Annual Conference.

THE PSC PARTNERS ACCESS SCHOLARSHIP AWARD INCLUDES:

  • Paid Conference registration fee.
  • Four nights' hotel reservations at the conference headquarters hotel or one of our top five hotel picks.
  • Round-trip economy flight. (Valid for those flying within the U.S. or from Canada)
  • Ground transportation to and from the conference headquarters hotel. 
  • All group meals from Thursday through Saturday are included. (The conference officially starts with breakfast on Thursday at 7:00 AM.)

There is a limit of one scholarship per family and a limited number of scholarships available. Additionally, the names of scholarship applicants and recipients will be kept confidential. 

GENERAL SCHOLARSHIP CRITERIA AND REQUIREMENTS:

  • Diagnosis of Primary Sclerosing Cholangitis (PSC) – Applicants must have been diagnosed with PSC or be the parent/guardian of a pediatric PSC patient. 
  • Financial Need – Applicants are those who, without this financial support, would be unable to attend the 2026 PSC Partners Annual Conference.
  • Scholarships are non-transferable. If the scholarship recipient cannot attend the Conference, the Conference scholarship will be awarded to the next applicant on the waiting list. 
  • Scholarship Notification – Once you have been awarded a scholarship and you have confirmed your attendance, PSC Partners will make your flight and hotel reservations and pay your registration fee. 

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

  • These scholarships are solely for PSC patients and parents/guardians of pediatric PSC patients. 
  • These scholarships will be awarded on a first-come, first-served basis. A waitlist will be kept in the order the applications are received. 
  • We will notify scholarship recipients once the scholarship application is reviewed and accepted. 
  • If an applicant is selected for a scholarship but cancels their attendance at the Conference for any reason, the next applicant available on the waiting list based on the time/date stamp will be awarded the scholarship.
