G. John Ikenberry
G. John Ikenberry is the Albert G. Milbank Professor of Politics and International Affairs at Princeton University and co-director of Princeton's Center for International Security Studies. A fellow of the American Academy of Arts and Sciences, he has been ranked among the top international relations scholars of the past two decades. Ikenberry is the author of seven books, including After Victory: Institutions, Strategic Restraint, and the Rebuilding of Order after Major Wars, winner of the 2002 Schroeder-Jervis Award, and Liberal Leviathan: The Origins, Crisis, and Transformation of the American System. He previously served on the State Department's Policy Planning Staff and as co-director of the Princeton Project on National Security.
Charles Kupchan
Charles Kupchan is professor of international affairs at Georgetown University and senior fellow at the Council on Foreign Relations. He previously served as special assistant to the president and senior director for European affairs on the National Security Council under President Obama and held the same role on the NSC under President Clinton after working on the State Department's Policy Planning Staff. Kupchan is the author of numerous books, including No One's World: The West, the Rising Rest, and the Coming Global Turn and How Enemies Become Friends: The Sources of Stable Peace, as well as numerous articles on international and strategic affairs.
Leslie Vinjamuri
Leslie Vinjamuri is president and CEO of the Chicago Council. She joined the Council from the Royal Institute of International Affairs, known as Chatham House, in London, where she served as director of the US and the Americas program and previously as dean of the Queen Elizabeth II Academy for Leadership in International Affairs. With more than 20 years of experience in international affairs, research, policy, and public engagement, she has authored more than 30 publications, and is a regular media commentator, contributing to The New York Times, The Washington Post, Financial Times, and appearing on CNN, Bloomberg, and the BBC, among others.
