MeatMaster™ Flex is an in-line solution designed to fit immediately after the grinder. Its exceptional mobility makes it easy to integrate into any production facility, and the state-of-the-art X-ray scans 100% of the meat with industry leading accuracy. The course is designed to teach individuals to become MeatMaster “Super Users” for their location and be able to return to their plant with the knowledge to take control of MeatMaster™ software, applications, and hardware/maintenance and be capable of passing this information on in their own plant.
