New Associate Orientation (NAO)—your official launch into life at the firm.

From October 5–9, you’ll join fellow first-years for a week of engaging sessions, department welcomes, hands-on learning, and cohort dinners designed to help you build confidence, community, and clarity as you begin your legal career. 

You’ll hear directly from firm leaders, explore key topics like compensation, inclusion, and professional development, and get practical tips from associates who’ve been in your shoes. 

Local orientation and jumpstart programming will follow NAO to deepen your practice-specific knowledge and operational readiness.
