This year, our conference is offering a one-of-a-kind opportunity to connect with the PSC community while participating in a world-renowned hepatology meeting.
We'll kick off with a full day dedicated to the PSC community on Thursday, November 5, featuring research updates, leading experts, and meaningful connections. Then, join PSC Partners staff in attending The Liver Meeting 2026 on November 6–7 to explore the latest advances in liver disease, attend select patient-focused sessions, and connect with the broader liver community.
You'll hear from leading experts in PSC and liver disease, participate in interactive discussions, connect with peers who understand the unique challenges of PSC, and gain access to select patient-focused sessions while attending TLM 2026.
Due to space availability and logistical constraints, attendance at the PSC Partners Conference is limited to 100 participants. Once all spots are filled, registration will close and a waitlist will open.

REGISTRATION DETAILS
Register by August 31 to lock in the early bird rate of $350.
Due to space availability and logistical constraints, attendance at the PSC Partners Conference is limited to 100 participants. Once all spots are filled, registration will close and a waitlist will open.
Register for the 2026 PSC Partners Annual Conference in Denver on Thursday, November 5, which includes admission to The Liver Meeting 2026 on Friday, November 6, and Saturday, November 7 as part of your conference experience.
Meals are included in your registration fee, as outlined in the agenda. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner will be provided each day from Thursday through Saturday. You only need to register for the PSC Partners Conference. Your attendance at The Liver Meeting 2026 is included with your registration.
SCHOLARSHIP INFORMATION

The PSC Partners Access Scholarship Fund is proud to once again offer conference scholarships for the 2026 PSC Partners Annual Conference.
Conference scholarships are intended to ensure that financial barriers do not prevent individuals and families affected by PSC from accessing educational sessions, connecting with the PSC community, and learning about the latest research and advances in care. If you are interested, please apply by August 31. Scholarship applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis, and awards will be made as funding remains available. We encourage interested applicants to apply early.
WHERE TO STAY
The Liver Meeting 2026 has negotiated several hotel rates for attendees, based on their proximity to the convention center, flexible booking policies, and access to attendee-only hotel blocks.
The PSC Partners Conference and dedicated meeting space throughout the weekend are located at the Hyatt Regency Denver. The hotel is directly across the street from the Denver Convention Center.

Do I need to register for The Liver Meeting 2026 to attend the PSC Partners Conference?
No. You only need to register for the PSC Partners Conference. Registration includes admission to The Liver Meeting 2026.
Will there be travel scholarships?
Yes. Through the incredible generosity of the PSC Partners Access Scholarship Fund and support from the Edna Foundation, we will offer a limited number of scholarships to individuals who would otherwise be unable to attend the conference. View application details and apply by August 31.
Are there discounted hotel rates?
Yes. This year room rate blocks at designated hotels located around the Denver Convention Center are available through TLM 2026 room blocks. Click here to compare room rates and distance to the convention center.
Will there be opportunities to connect with other PSC patients, caregivers and supporters?
Yes. The entire PSC Partners community day on November 5th is designed specifically for the community connection. Additional opportunities to connect will be available throughout the weekend, including all meal times.
